“If you seek power in vain, read it carefully, for those of weak minds are lost here, amid dreams and nightmares this book flourishes while the feeble-minded in its pages perish. Beware because you have been warned, once you become an outsider nothing can stop you, the reaper will hunt you through the tales until your blood is spilled at the height of a confrontation. ” What would you do if you were given a very special book that can take you through the stories? Allow yourself to live among the characters and tales you've read or watched avidly? If all this were possible, but you wouldn't remember your life outside of stories. Would you still become part of them? This becomes reality for Amanda, with each new story she loses more and more of reality as she seeks to understand what is happening.
This is a real-fictional story, and through four distinct and human characters that I created, mine will be told, who knows yours, and even the stories of your friends... I call it an experiment. Edgard doesn't understand the reason for his sadness. Caroline appears to be extremely independent, if not for her constant need to need others to feel good about herself. Kevin has had his heart broken, and all Olivia wants is a fresh start. Deep down, each of them represents a little bit of all of us.
"I never wanted anyone to get hurt... for her to get hurt."
August was a white boy, very white, not quite an albino, but believe me he was very white. He had curly black hair, just like Patrick's in 'the perks of being invisible', and his mouth was kind of burgundy, he was thin but not that thin, and he was tall but not that tall. We started a subject about series, especially The O.C. - a stranger in paradise, everyone there had already watched at least one episode. It was Via's favorite series, and as she spoke, August looked at her, in a different way, with a twinkle in his eye, his smile appeared on his face showing his dimples, and from then on, I was very angry.
