In the city of Baltimore an Invisible "Dome" appeared, trapping all those inside the city unable to leave. People working in neighboring cities were trapped outside the "Dome" and the citizens who stayed in the city and some visitors. who came to the city were trapped inside. But worst of all, the "Domo" cut off all radio, telephone, internet signals, and crashed almost all electronic devices. How will people inside and people outside communicate with each other? And will this bring any chaos to the United States?
