The story revolves around Babydoll, a 20-year-old girl who witnessed her mother's death at the hands of her stepfather who is obsessed with the family fortune, in an act of desperation she fires a firearm at her mother's killer. , but the bullet hit his younger sister. Naturally Babydoll went into shock and was exposed to massive doses of prescription drugs. The Stepfather (entitled simply as "bad guy") used the evidence of the crime to frame Babydoll, and even took the opportunity to commit her to a mental hospital run by Blue Jones. While negotiating the girl's "stay", Blue and Stepfather discussed how they would get rid of the girl, so Blue suggests a lobotomy surgery that would be done in 5 days, promising that after the surgery the girl wouldn't remember her own name, so performing the Blue surgery would need to forge Dr. Vera Gorski (doctor responsible for alternative music treatment for patients at Lenox Sanatorium).
