Do you know why I love stories? Because there is no end!
Every story "continues", there will always be something after the "happily ever after"...
Whoever watched Amor à Vida (21h soap opera, 2013), may not have fallen in love by the novel. I must confess that it was a creation full of holes, clichés and unnecessary characters. (I swear I love you Walcy Carrasco)
But there was a couple that made me glue on television with anxiety and empathy: Félix and Niko.
I've been rooting for the two of them to be together since I foresaw this possibility.
And in the "final", there they were, together, with their newest family, living happily ever after.
Now stop to think:
A critical, sagacious and funny man, married to a naive, overprotective and clumsy man, raising two children together; the eldest one step away from terrible and rebellious adolescence, a "baby" ready to get ready, discover and ask questions, and a prejudiced, bad-tempered grandfather who will have a lot to learn from his new family... Do you really believe that the couple, (to me still famous), Feliko, don't you have anything else to tell? That they've done everything they could, and answered all the questions? Have you made us cry enough? Have you made us laugh enough?
Well I tell you no. It's obvious that this family, sooner or later, is going to get in trouble, and we're going to watch from the box.
And as I am the owner of this keyboard, I intend to put them in a few-and-good.
Grab a good wine, order Japanese food, send your longing for a walk, and get ready: They're back!
With you, The Corona-Khoury's.
