It's the year 2020, and vampires (now called half-dead to be politically correct) live among humans. A lot has changed since Dracula was defeated, but one thing remains unchanged: they are hated by many, and feared by all. On the political scene, candidates for the US presidency fight, and the outcome of the electoral dispute can further complicate the lives of the half-dead. In Brazil, Martial Law is declared, and vampires lose rights and are once again persecuted by humans. What no one imagines is that an insurgent force has awakened, eager to take its own people to control the world. Lots of action and adventure in a story full of twists and remarkable characters.
