The nation of Norta has always been divided by blood. Where red blooded people, commoners, poor, were always meant to serve the silver elite. But after the occasional red Mare Barrow enters the palace and becomes engaged to Prince Maven, her life changes completely. In love, deceived and betrayed by her fiancé, who is now king, she is forced to lead a revolution alongside the Scarlet Guard and the silver heir and now exiled Cal. In one of these comings and goings she meets Lena, the half sister of the Calore brothers, a 15-year-old girl who takes with her time marks and many secrets about the monarchy of Norta, living on the edge of the country and who will do anything to to be able to regain what belongs to them and protect those who love them. Now with a country with a new ruler, divided by blood, and seeing revolutions breaking out all the time, being careful with who you trust is fundamental, in this game of blood, power and heart.
Arya discovered her powers early on and hid them as best she could, but her caution was not enough at Lakeland court, being one of the first "red freaks" to be discovered in the country she, with the help of her silver best friend, manages to escape to Norta. . But her troubles don't end there. Found by seven Silvers from Norta's court, can she hide her blood?
