Synopsis

Las Vegas. Some nights. A wedding. Sometimes things are not as they seem. Our love story was perfect. We had met in Las Vegas three weeks ago and we had lived a love story worthy of a movie: we fell madly in love with each other. Soul connection. The problem was that I lived in New York and he lived in Chicago. As neither of us really believed in a long distance relationship, we were getting ready to say goodbye, until he made the proposal and I decided to accept and move to Chicago with him, after all, of the two of us, my profession was the most important. flexible when it came to locations. — And how was the order? – the presenter asks. — We were watching some basketball game on the bedroom TV. We had decided not to go out that night for two reasons. The first is that we wanted some time for ourselves, after all, it was our farewell night after we spent almost three whole days glued to each other. The second is that we were both hung over after spending three days drinking. I say, making the audience laugh again. I had a talent for giving interviews, as I was able to create a light and relaxed atmosphere. “I told him I didn't want those days to ever end. He smiled at me and replied that they didn't need to end and asked if I wanted to spend the rest of my days with him. I say, smiling. “Well, it's practically impossible to say no to Tobias when he smiles cutely and stares at you with those magnificent eyes. We left the room and went looking for an Elvis to celebrate our wedding. I say, cracking a smile. I see several people smiling in the audience too. — Simple as that? – the presenter asks. — Simple as that. - I confirm. “I got married wearing sweatpants, flip-flops and a poorly done ponytail. — I finish, drawing laughter from those who were present in the studio.

Thinking Out Loud

I threw my head back with a loud laugh. Christina, who was beside me, was also laughing. In fact, everyone was laughing, except for Al, who was totally embarrassed. “Sensational, Albert,” Will says clapping his hands together. You should have invested in an acting career. We were playing truth or dare, on the floor of Uriah's living room. The game was washed down with drink, to start warming up for the club that we were going to later. I was already pretty crazy and I didn't even remember what Al had just done, which had made him really embarrassed, but had had so much fun. I lit a cigarette and picked up my glass of whiskey, taking a generous swig and then choking. Al had just finished the empty bottle of vodka. Christina asked and I answered. — Truth or dare, Tris? “Dare,” I replied, with conviction. She looked around, trying to find inspiration to challenge me. At the same time, Uriah was saying that we should finish the game and go to the party, before we were too drunk to move. I watched as Christina's gaze stopped on one of the picture frames on the bookshelf. “I dare you to bed Four,” she says, smirking.

Bargain

"For now, I'm taking it one day at a time," he said, his voice low. — That's right — I said, proposing another toast after that — And when things get really bad, just go the other way. Do what you can with the tile. — How bad would it be if I followed my instincts now? he asked, watching me for a few seconds. I wasn't doing very well, but I could swear he wasn't either. “If it's going to make you happy for today, it wouldn't be bad, I'd say,” I replied, trying to think if we'd be having this half-breezy conversation about life and happiness if we were sober. Maybe yes maybe no. He then pulled me closer to him and kissed me. First, slowly. I responded immediately to his touch.
