The beginning of everything was in 2010. Society was doing very well, thank you, when without warning people woke up different. Some people, whose DNA was different from birth, suddenly realized that they could do some things that others could not. This was appearing as if it were a virus - which continues to be seen, to this day, as if it were - and the people who showed these signs appeared in totally random order. From a beggar on the corner to the most influential politician. Such people were beginning to appear around the globe. There were those who had weak abilities, more insignificant, compared to others. Others had unimaginable and varied abilities. And, of course, it didn't take long for them to learn to control the minimum and take advantage. There were those who used the gift for evil and others to fight them. Chaos began to ensue worldwide and world leaders – everyone – saw that they could not let such a thing continue to happen. They came together in a summit and, over time, created a division of these powerful people to work on behalf of the government. Each country had a headquarters for these people, of different nationalities. The problem they perceived was the youth and children. Adults agreed and could be trained to do so. But the younger ones were very unstable and difficult to control. Many were dying for not knowing how to properly control themselves and falling into a life they shouldn't, in addition to ending up hurting their relatives - often unintentionally. This couldn't be more permissible. Soon, a school was created to accommodate those who needed special training and so that they would not miss out on their studies. The neutral territory of Switzerland agreed to build such a structure with the help of the countries. The teachers who would train them in the arts of fighting and power control would be mutants who were already at the service of the countries as fighters or spies and those who would teach them the normal subjects would also be mutants. These adults would be trained separately from the students, also to better understand their abilities. The institution was built in 2013. Everything was going great over the years, but in 2017 a rebel group got tired of being the 'dogs' of the top and began to recruit powerful people to create chaos and live as they please. This group even accepted young people. The more the better. That's what they said. They launched random attacks and soon had a respectable group. Its young agents were the most successful in the missions, getting to go where the adults couldn't. Knowing this, the institution began its counterattack, going against the will of the young people themselves. It became a war, where one side could not win the other. After three years of fighting, the group surrendered, with the death of its leaders. They surrendered, but the adults were executed, causing the youths to fear for their lives. In an act of mercy from the summit, the young people were spared and sent to the institution in Switzerland. Now, they have to be rehabilitated and live with the other young people who were already there. And that's exactly where our story takes place.
