The perspective provided by the fresh start genuinely pleased Cass, and Redgrave, though set at the point between mystery and superstition, seemed to be the prelude to what she craved. However, events mark her arrival due to the anomalies inhabiting the bowels of the cursed city which she has come to call home, as her paths become entangled in the cunning act orchestrated by fate, to meet Vergil Sparda. Now, indirectly shrouded between two opposing worlds — but which coexist, she must not only deal with the ghosts of the past that she tirelessly seeks to drown in the new routine, but in the meantime, face the tempestuous myriad of feelings about the enigmatic figure.
