Agent Foster

Synopsis

Fate is never kind to all people; while many warriors achieve their goals, others fall most tragically. I witnessed many heroes save the day and, from afar, I watched humanity thanking the warriors who defended them; and I also saw soldiers falling into ruins without being remembered, being left in oblivion. And the American secret agency S.H.I.E.L.D was an example of all this: while its heroes excelled, agents sacrificed their lives for the greater good; but each and every member of that organization has always done their best, and Melinda May has always been an example of that — like all warriors, she was the fight for a better S.H.I.E.L.D. Unfortunately, no one was prepared to receive Melinda May's last breath. It was at that moment when everyone came to their senses: our enemies were returning and, this time, with great allies and dirty secrets. And it was up to me to do what no one else could: rise from the dust and ashes and avenge the woman who had given her soul for the organization. My mission was to honor her, whatever the price, even if I had to get people out of my way to do so. Secrets being revealed, enemies being made and alliances being broken. The truth about S.H.I.E.L.D., about every hero we were proud of, was about to be revealed. And the truth has never been so bitter.

“I am pleased to be the first reader to recommend Agent Foster. I could make a huge list of reasons why you, a nyah reader friend, should read this fanfic. For being focused on the original characters, those who don't know much of the Marvel Universe (like me) can understand everything. The author's light writing flows pleasantly, always giving that taste of want more when reaching the final notes. There is no way to avoid the thinking of "It's over, Vicky?" And the characters ... Ah! What characters ♥ All are well developed, maintaining their characteristics and life stories. It's hard to hate one of them (I can't myself.) Don't wait any longer and read Agent Foster. I guarantee you won't regret ♥”

Whatever it takes

WARNING: The story contains spoilers for Avengers: Endgame. During all the years he was at S.H.I.E.L.D., plummeting with his reputation tarnished by a red balance, he never imagined he would be able to become a better person. She was used to having nothing... But then, she got it. The Avengers Initiative gave her not only a status, but the one thing she had never had before but had always wanted. She had a family. A complicated and imperfect family, but it was good. Yeah, it was good. Natasha Romanoff would do anything for them.

Feliz Ano-Novo, Kate Bishop!
