Tranquility prevails in Harvest, fighting between the Blue and Red teams taking place daily. However, Sniper, a member of the Red team, finds himself in a difficult situation in which his family faces a personal problem he cannot handle. At the same time, Spy, also belonging to the Red team, works on a mysterious investigation, with which the exposure of the truth can compromise the delicate balance between the teams, and put everyone in danger.
Mercenaries are called to a new battlefield for a type of 'special mission' assigned to them by the Administrator herself. However, the Red Doctor soon realizes that something is wrong. Blue and Red, they weren't killing each other as usual. There was something very, very wrong there.
It's been a year since Gray Mann was defeated, Mann Industries Co. are safe and the Gravel War continues, with RED fighting BLU. Everything seemed normal, until the entire Badlands region was surrounded by tanks and the Administrator received a message from Gray saying that he was going to take revenge on the RED team and that he was looking for something that needed to be returned. Miss Pauling brings the whole team together again and they need to find a way to break into Gray's base, trying to find out what they are up to and she manages to convince the Administrator to find Anya, the robot created by Gray, who rebelled against him, if releasing. The team decides to go after the robot girl, who appears to be their only hope of saving the Badlands.
Gray Mann's robot attack on Mann Co. causes Redmond and Blutarch to stop the Gravel War and Saxton Hale, the owner of Mann Co. rehire RED mercenaries to defend your business. In one of the battles against the robots, the RED team finds, running away from the robots, a shy girl named Anya, who doesn't want to say anything to the group. Scout accepts the mission to try to find out more about her, even though Soldier doesn't like the girl and thinks she's troublesome. Anya ends up being friends with the group and Scout falls in love with her, but still with doubt: Why hasn't Anya opened up about her story yet? What is her secret?
The Pyro and the Engineer are longtime friends, but the Pyro gets sick and the Medic doesn't seem to find a cure. So, the Engineer spends a lot of time with his friend in search of help. And that can trigger feelings he didn't even know existed in him.
