Estava indo procurar o Marshall para irmos ao baile estava descendo as escadas e vi ele me esperando:

– O-oi Fionna... – Diz ele parecendo nervoso

– Está nervoso? – Eu disse rindo

Eu estava indo para o baile com a Bonie. Eu estava meio nervoso, sou meio tímido pra falar com garotas... principalmente garotas bonitas...

– S-sim – Respondi meio nervoso – É que eu não costumo falar muito com garotas, principalmente tão lindas quanto você.

Estava me preparando pra cantar no baile já que eu ia participar do concurso. Mas meu irmão também vai participar, eu disse a ele que a Fionna iria cantar sozinha o dueto de uma música, então dei a dica de cantar com ela. Eu vejo que ele realmente gosta dela, ainda não sei o que ela viu no tonto do Marshall, mas eles formam um casal lindo. E eu estou bem longe de conseguir um namorado...

Estava indo ao baile com a Fionna, fomos pro palco pra nos preparar para cantar... Ela vai cantar um dueto sozinha, bom, é isso que ela pensa.

A Marceline seria a primeira a se apresentar, depois seria a Carol, e a Fionna seria a última. Estava me preparando pra cantar quando vi que iria começar.

Estava super nervosa, já estava na apresentação da Caroço e eu seria a próxima. Não sei se consigo cantar na frente da escola inteira, e eu estava procurando pelo Marshall pra ver onde ele estava... A apresentação da Caroço acabou e agora seria eu, mas não sei se consigo.

Naquela hora queria morrer... Mas então deixei o medo de lado, quando eu ia começar a cantar ouvi uma voz conhecida vindo pro palco. Era o Marshall! Logo vi que ele iria cantar comigo, então já sabia o que fazer.
